About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting technical and procurement tasks within a medical equipment manufacturing company specialized in lighting products for surgical use. Over a period of six months, interns will contribute to preparing technical documentation for government tenders, creating installation reports, training hospital personnel on equipment use and safety, and assisting procurement functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the bidding department by developing and organizing technical documents, product specifications, compliance certificates, and datasheets necessary for Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tenders.
- Compile installation reports and deliver fundamental training to hospital operators on the proper use and safety protocols of medical lighting equipment.
- Engage with vendors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to manage spare parts sourcing, clarify technical queries, and coordinate product-related communications.
- Support procurement activities by facilitating vendor interaction, handling quotations, processing purchase orders, and maintaining procurement records.
