Associate - Learning & Development Internship

About the Internship

Talview invites candidates for a Learning & Development Associate internship to spearhead training programs within its Managed Services division, which supports online exam proctoring for enterprise and educational clients. The role involves designing training curricula, supervising a team of 7-10 trainers, and ensuring both internal staff and vendors meet certification standards for deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of training including onboarding, certification processes, refresher courses, and sessions targeted at closing quality deficiencies.
• Conduct live and online training covering proctoring protocols, software platform usage, escalation processes, and client-specific standard operating procedures across varied shifts and time zones.
• Guide and support a team of 7-10 trainers, managing training assignments according to hiring needs and account demands.
• Develop comprehensive learning paths, assessments, certification benchmarks, and instructional materials such as presentations, SOPs, videos, and job aids.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, Product, and Compliance departments to keep training materials current and accurate.
• Provide training to vendor staff and uphold uniform certification quality across all teams.
• Monitor and report on training completion rates, assessment success, productivity timelines, and post-training performance metrics.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-compliant records of all training activities and documentation.
• Detect training shortfalls and propose enhancements to boost training efficiency and service quality.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be available full-time onsite for a 6-month internship starting between September 17, 2026, and October 22, 2026.
• Relevant skills and a passion for the role are required.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or capability development, including at least one year in a leadership role overseeing training teams.
• Background in training for high-volume operations, BPO, or service delivery environments.
• Proven ability to create curricula and training content from the ground up.
• Excellent facilitation capabilities alongside proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, assessment software, and content creation tools.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in EdTech, online proctoring, assessments, or vendor staff training, L&D or instructional design certification, and knowledge of data privacy and exam security.
