This internship involves direct communication with parents and guardians to gather detailed and accurate information about cases. Interns are expected to maintain a professional and confident demeanor when interacting with customers, ensuring all interactions are recorded precisely in the company system. Adherence to organizational policies, process guidelines, and quality standards is mandatory. Timely follow-ups must be conducted to resolve any outstanding issues, and collaboration with colleagues is encouraged to improve operational effectiveness and share best practices.
Applicant Eligibility
- Must be available to work from home for the entire internship duration of six months
- Should be able to start between September 3, 2026, and October 8, 2026
- Relevant skills and interests aligned with the internship role

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proficiency in one South Indian language — Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam is preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
