About the internship
About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience researching AI strategy and developing AI leadership training for senior and mid-level managers. Interns will create specialized training content tailored for AI engineers in diverse sectors including banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, finance and accounting, supply chain, consumer packaged goods, retail, e-commerce, life sciences, and oil and gas. You will also engage with no-code AI tools to construct AI agents and contribute as a business analyst on AI projects and consulting assignments. Furthermore, you'll participate in advancing the Agentic AI Playground product by creating AI labs for businesses and designing enterprise software applications comparable to SAP and Salesforce.
Who Can Apply
Applicants should be available full-time at the Bangalore office and able to start between September 24 and October 29, 2026, committing to a 6-month tenure. Preference is given to women restarting their careers, fresh graduates, and candidates with relevant skills and interest in AI. Eligible candidates include final or pre-final year students of BBA, MBA, B.Com., journalism, or related fields. Candidates who have cleared CA or ICWAI Intermediate and are preparing for final exams, as well as aspirants preparing for banking PO, CFA, or insurance exams, are particularly encouraged to apply.
Stipend and Benefits
The internship provides a monthly stipend between ₹12,000 and ₹15,000. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, informal dress code, and potential job offer upon successful performance. On converting to a permanent role, the expected salary range is ₹300,000 to ₹500,000 per year.
