Calmveda, an Indian wellness startup committed to spreading meditation and supporting artisan groups in Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Expert intern. This role focuses on transforming the company into an AI-driven organization by leveraging Claude-powered automation.
Internship Responsibilities
- Analyze all repetitive workflows across Amazon/marketplace operations, customer support, marketing and content creation, financial processes, inventory, shipments, and supplier reordering to find opportunities for full automation.
- Develop distinct AI agents powered by Claude using tools such as Claude Code, Agent SDK, Skills, and MCP connectors, crafting precise prompts, safeguards, and integration tools for each workflow.
- Install and maintain a centralized AI workstation accessible by the five-person team, ensuring seamless agent activation, secure access, shared file system setup via Google Drive, and thorough logging.
- Seamlessly link AI agents with key business platforms including Gmail, Google Drive and Sheets, Amazon Seller Central, Tally accounting software, courier services like FedEx and UPS, as well as WhatsApp and email interfaces for customer support.
- Continuously evaluate automation agents by measuring time efficiency, accuracy, and output quality; rapidly address any performance issues.
- Compose easy-to-follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conduct training sessions enabling team members to independently operate the AI agents.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Claude and AI technologies and propose innovative automation solutions to eliminate manual tasks.

- Must be available for a part-time internship spanning three months starting between October 5 and November 9, 2026.
- Relevant skills and genuine interest in AI automation required.
- Women aiming to begin or restart their careers, as well as fresh graduates and students from top technical institutes such as IITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, NITs, DTU, NSUT, and IIIT-Delhi are welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Applicants preferably from computer science, IT, or electronics backgrounds of premier engineering institutes.
- Practical experience in building AI solutions with Claude or other large language model agent frameworks, with demonstration projects or GitHub links.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript programming, as well as strong capabilities in API usage, automation techniques, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills supported by involvement in competitive programming, hackathons, or startup environments.
- A proactive ownership mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical teams and deliver functioning algorithms quickly.
