Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design and deploy innovative artificial intelligence solutions for both our clients and internal teams. The position emphasizes hands-on full-stack development and deployment of generative and agentic AI tools integrated with enterprise systems, fostering continuous learning and adaptation in the expanding AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end-to-end generative and agentic AI solutions from concept to production within agile sprint cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to define technical needs and architect AI solutions within complex enterprise settings.
• Establish robust operational AI management practices including automated evaluation, traceability, testing, prompt versioning, safety verifications, and performance optimization.
• Implement containerization, continuous integration/delivery, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native services, embedding security, privacy, and ethical AI principles throughout development.
• Apply retrieval methods and feedback mechanisms to enhance AI system accuracy, reliability, and factual correctness.
• Work closely with project leads to scope, plan, and execute deliverables, and contribute to reusable AI tools and architectures.
• Stay continuously updated with new generative AI technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior colleagues within the AI teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in roles such as Generative or Agentic AI Engineer, Technical Analyst, Consultant, or similar, preferably within professional services or technology vendors.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native engineering, CI/CD, DevOps/LLMOps, and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent business analysis and ability to convert business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
• Proven ability to design and deploy end-to-end AI systems on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI; relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Hands-on familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, retrieval frameworks, and evaluation strategies.
• Understanding of LLM safety, governance, risk management, including defenses against prompt injection, personal data handling, content moderation, and audit trails.
• Experience with AI observability, performance monitoring, cost control, and testing tools.
• Proficient in task prioritization and adoption of DevOps best practices, including Git-based version control and monorepo structures.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills fostering an inclusive environment.
• A strong passion for generative AI and commitment to ongoing learning within a fast-evolving field.
