About the Role
The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a vital role in connecting with incoming potential customers and demonstrating the value ServiceTitan can offer their business. This position involves qualifying leads, conducting thorough discovery conversations, and helping set up Account Executives for success in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong sales pipeline by sourcing and efficiently converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities.
- Engage prospects creatively to build rapport and nurture ongoing relationships.
- Coordinate with Account Executives to schedule product demos and drive partnership opportunities.
- Communicate clearly the benefits and value propositions of ServiceTitan’s products through calls and emails.
- Consistently meet or surpass daily key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly quotas related to meeting bookings and pipeline generation.

Training and Development
- Comprehensive onboarding including industry knowledge and client profiles.
- Hands-on training with key sales technologies such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and ChiliPiper.
- Individualized coaching with managers including call reviews and role-playing exercises.
Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time onsite role based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Employees living within approximately 40 miles of a hub office are expected to work onsite 1-2 days per week.
Compensation
The expected hourly rate for candidates in Canada is approximately $26.72 CAD, with eligibility for commission, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
