Key Responsibilities

The manager leads a team of Department Managers, guiding them to establish individual department goals, monitoring their progress, and providing mentorship and direction to enhance departmental performance. This leadership fosters overall restaurant improvement. The role also includes recruiting and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong management team for future success.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience as a General Manager or Store Manager, preferably in high-volume locations. Backgrounds in quick service restaurants are highly valued, with hospitality or retail experience also considered relevant. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass a background check, as mandated for management roles within this franchise.
