About the Role
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of vacant units to prepare them for marketing and occupancy, as well as ensuring the upkeep of common property areas, offices, and model units. This role reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, and requires close collaboration with maintenance personnel.
Primary Duties
- Cleaning and restocking designated areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restrooms.
- Performing routine inspections and documenting maintenance activities.
- Handling intensive cleaning tasks when necessary.
- Working cooperatively with other staff members.
- Compliance with all applicable health and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in cleaning roles is required.
