Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a precast design environment, preferably with a focus on precast flooring
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software
• Familiarity with AutoFloor software is beneficial
• Strong communication abilities and well-organized work habits
• Capability to handle and prioritize daily tasks effectively
• Deadline-oriented with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively
