Role Overview
The Commercial Assistant role, based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, is a full-time onsite position integral to the commercial team. The assistant manages key aspects of the bidding process including tender and proposal preparation, prequalification, and contract administration after successful project acquisition. This includes maintaining up-to-date and accurate commercial documents, ensuring timely submissions, handling invoicing and payment follow-ups, administrating customer portals, and generating commercial reports. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under deadlines while supporting a dynamic commercial environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 to 2 years of relevant commercial experience
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe applications
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems like Zoho Books is a plus
