Key Responsibilities

• Loading delivery vans and transporting packages, requiring physical activity such as climbing in and out of vehicles, walking upstairs, and navigating driveways under varying weather conditions.
• Ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Adhering to strict safety protocols on-road and off-road.
• Independently resolving challenges using problem-solving skills.
• Maintaining a positive and proactive work attitude.
• Using GPS-enabled electronic devices for navigation and record-keeping.
• Engaging professionally and courteously with customers and the public.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with proficiency in reading and speaking English.
• Possess a valid driver's license for the state of employment; a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is not necessary.
• Consent to drug testing as part of the hiring process.
• Capable of operating a delivery van weighing up to 10,000 pounds; the company provides the vehicle.
• Able to lift packages up to 50 pounds across long shifts.
• Prepared to manage demanding driving conditions, including adverse weather.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Agree to receive work-related texts from management on a personal cell phone.
