Job Overview

As a Utility Steward at our Omaha location, you will play a crucial role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas, contributing to exceptional guest experiences through meticulous care and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all serviceware including chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils are impeccably cleaned, scrub pots and pans thoroughly, and polish silver items to a shine.
• Keep track of inventory levels, making certain that supplies and equipment are consistently replenished and systematically arranged for smooth kitchen operations.
• Perform essential cleaning duties such as mopping floors and managing waste removal to maintain overall kitchen hygiene.
• Assist in event operations by preparing and arranging clean serviceware for banquets and special functions.
• Train new stewards by sharing expertise and fostering an environment of strong team performance.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-related regulations to guarantee a safe and compliant workplace for guests and colleagues.
