Job Summary

The role involves conducting outbound telephonic communication to potential clients to generate business inquiries related to waterproofing, painting, epoxy flooring, and cool-coating services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls targeting prospective customers to generate new business leads.
• Provide detailed explanations about the company's waterproofing, painting, epoxy flooring, and cool-coating service offerings.
• Follow up diligently on leads sourced from both online and offline channels.
• Gather and understand customer needs and coordinate site visit appointments accordingly.
• Maintain and update daily records of calls made and leads generated.
• Collaborate effectively with sales executives and site supervisors to ensure seamless customer engagement.
• Consistently meet monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
• Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times with customers.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain professionalism over phone interactions.

Compensation

The offered salary ranges between 15000 and 35000 INR per month.
