Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team effectively with support from the assistant store manager.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising following presentation standards, including managing order processes and daily operational tasks.
• Handle personnel management, including creating work schedules and fostering employee development.
• Recruit and build your store team to meet staffing needs.
• Collaborate regularly with regional management to discuss performance and store growth strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and guide your team through constructive feedback.
• Availability to work forty hours per week over five days, including regular weekends and evening shifts.
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding program at one of the trainer stores within Germany.
