About the Team

The Sales Planning and Product Management team in Enterprise Data & AI Enablement develops enterprise-grade Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and performance management tools utilizing top-tier platforms like Anaplan and Pigment. These solutions support sales territory planning, account assignments, quota management, and goal cascading, facilitating efficient sales hierarchy management, territory design, account allocation, and target setting. The objective is to boost sales agility and provide seamless integration with sales coverage and compensation ecosystems, empowering sales teams with precise targets, actionable insights, and smart planning to accelerate revenue growth.

Role Overview

This position is for a Full Stack AI Developer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying AI-based applications that improve user experience, automate workflows, and deliver innovative solutions within the Sales Planning sector.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-driven applications employing modern Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Create intelligent assistants, chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automation utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Integrate AI platforms and APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, MCP Servers, LangChain, and Vercel AI SDK.
• Employ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval approaches.
• Develop proof-of-concept and pilot projects to evaluate new AI technologies for business impact.
• Design scalable full-stack solutions using contemporary frontend and backend technologies.
• Partner with product managers, architects, and business teams to translate needs into technical implementations.
• Prepare detailed design documentation, architecture schematics, implementation strategies, and user guidelines.
• Diagnose and fix issues across all stages of development, testing, and production.
• Enhance engineering workflows, coding standards, DevOps practices, and AI development processes continuously.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, software engineering, and cloud platforms and bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality results on time.

Skills and Technologies

• Proficient in Python and FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and model context protocols (MCP).
• Knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph frameworks.
• Working with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search techniques.
• Development of AI chatbots and intelligent assistants.
• Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis, and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git & GitHub.
• Implementation of secure APIs using JWT, OAuth 2.0, and other security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields with up to three years of relevant experience;
• OR Master’s degree with a minimum of two years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in full stack development leveraging modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong Python development skills along with familiarity with AI and generative AI toolkits.
• Experience managing both relational and NoSQL database technologies.
• Proven ability to architect, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in user experience (UX) design.
• Knowledge of Snowflake data platform.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular or React JS.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Adaptability to learning and incorporating new technologies.
