Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with over six years of experience to work within our Managed Services team. This role involves designing scalable Salesforce solutions, maintaining code quality, applying development standards, and collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams to implement new features, enhancements, and fixes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft.
- Translate business needs into technical architectures adhering to Salesforce best practices and enterprise governance.
- Perform peer code reviews ensuring coding standards, security protocols, and optimal performance.
- Manage version control, documentation, and deployments through Git and CI/CD pipeline tools such as Copado and Gearset.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Salesforce functionalities with detailed root cause analysis.
- Support testing efforts with strong focus on unit testing and maintaining code coverage standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve project issues and enhance client satisfaction.
- Mentor and train project team members to promote knowledge sharing and improve team capabilities.
Required Technical Expertise
- Proficient in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Trigger development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools like Flows and Process Automation.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data and security models along with governor limits.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies such as MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD deployment tools including Copado and Gearset.

Additional Information
Relevant Salesforce certifications are considered advantageous. The job location is Hyderabad. Candidates who can attend a face-to-face second round interview should apply.
