Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project development including planning, monitoring, and completion activities.
• Formulate detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and allocate necessary resources.
• Collaborate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders to coordinate project efforts.
• Track project progress, identify risks or challenges, and enforce corrective measures.
• Guarantee that project outputs satisfy quality standards and client requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Oversee budget monitoring, resource management, and overall project performance metrics.
• Conduct project meetings and provide consistent progress reports to leadership.
• Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved in the project.
• Encourage ongoing process improvements and integrate lessons learned into future projects.

Preferred Experience

Prior involvement in Logistics Services is advantageous.
