Overnight Associate

Position Summary

This role involves supporting customer service by efficiently handling assigned responsibilities related to receiving goods and managing the flow of merchandise to the sales floor. Key tasks include unloading trailers, moving pallets to the sales floor, processing merchandise, and maintaining a safe and clean work setting. The position requires teamwork to effectively plan and execute duties according to workload and store operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing the sales floor to be ready before the store opens.
• Setting up merchandise displays, including merchandising and signage for promotions.
• Performing live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focusing more on labeling and arranging merchandise in backroom bins and stock areas compared to other shifts.
• Moving pallets to and from the sales floor during overnight processing.
• Helping stock the sales floor as assigned and providing customer service when necessary.
• Labeling the sales floor in preparation for store opening.
• Promoting a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

Starting hourly wage for this position is $16.50.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
