Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Lot Attendant for BMW/Mini Regina who is enthusiastic about the automotive industry and motivated to contribute effectively within our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations during vehicle delivery.
- Maintain all vehicles in a clean, orderly, and delivery-ready condition.
- Start vehicles regularly; inspect battery health and recharge any that are depleted.
- Organize inventory neatly and keep the lot clean and orderly at all times.
- Keep workspaces free from debris and garbage associated with the vehicles.
- Maintain the delivery area clear of other vehicles and debris to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform snow removal and sanding duties around doors and vehicles during winter months to ensure safety and accessibility.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager to support operational efficiency.
- Execute other duties as directed by management to aid the facility's workflow.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with the capability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; must provide a current driver’s abstract for review.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Capability to operate designated equipment proficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Able to work productively under deadline pressures.
