Role Summary and Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to guests, especially those organizing meetings and conferences, ensuring their audio-visual and IT needs are fully met with optimal functioning equipment.
• Possess and maintain comprehensive knowledge of standard IT hardware such as personal computers, laser projectors, audio speakers, televisions, DVD and CD-ROM players, to ensure seamless operation.
• Anticipate and proactively prepare for guest requirements by managing cables, adaptor plugs, projector screens, laser projectors, and related IT peripherals to support their events.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise on hardware components, operating systems, application software, and technological tools currently available in the market.
• Advise the hotel General Manager and Financial Controller regarding necessary IT expenditures, upgrade necessities, and budget planning.
• Remain readily available to support IT requirements across various departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operational workflows.
