Role Overview

We seek an experienced, strategic operator to serve directly under our Founder and senior leaders as a Founders Associate. This role involves leading vital, cross-departmental projects that will shape the company's trajectory. The candidate will spearhead strategy development, execution, and ensure measurable impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead important strategic projects end-to-end, from exploring opportunities to implementing action plans and achieving outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple departments—including Product, Finance, Operations, and Legal—to translate strategy into operational success.
• Develop and refine essential business processes and systems that support organizational growth.
• Assist executive leadership with prioritization and allocation of resources for major projects.
• Utilize tools such as SQL and Excel to conduct data-driven analyses supporting sound decision-making.
• Work alongside product and engineering teams to create internal tools that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to defining and maintaining operational rhythm by monitoring KPIs and promoting accountability.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 6 to 10 years of experience within analytical, high-performance settings such as consulting, business operations, startups, or scale-ups.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives from idea conception through to successful implementation.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
• Outstanding communication skills coupled with adeptness at managing diverse stakeholders.
• A strong sense of ownership, with comfort navigating both detailed tasks and high-level strategic thinking.
• A proactive inclination to act decisively and a knack for simplifying complex issues.
• Preferred qualifications include multilingual fluency and experience working within global or emerging markets.
