Core Responsibilities

• Leading your store team with support from the Deputy Store Manager
• Managing the store's appearance, including ordering processes, implementing presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Overseeing personnel, such as creating work schedules and promoting employee growth
• Recruiting and expanding your store team
• Collaborating with regional management to discuss results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completion of vocational training; preferably experience in a similar retail management position
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with strong responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Commitment to a 40-hour work week across five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding in one of our trainer stores in Germany
