Role Overview

This position calls for someone who can thrive in a busy production setting, follow established procedures closely, and stay organized while supporting the team. A positive, hands-on mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach are important for success.

The role is on second shift, scheduled from 3:00 pm to 12:30 am, with pay set at $18.00.

Key Duties

• Check and confirm HACCP documentation for the department.
• Log important process milestones throughout the full batch cycle.
• Support the pack-out line during setup activities.
• Input recipes into the production database systems.
• Spot yield concerns and production bottlenecks and report them to the Lead and Coordinator.
• Provide general production assistance whenever required.
• Use radio frequency (RF) equipment as part of daily tasks.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or GED is required, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Candidates with one to three months of related experience or training may also be considered.
