About the Role
Auro Premium Coffees, a farm-to-cup coffee company sourcing beans directly from its own Ethiopian farms and roasting locally in the UAE, is expanding its team. We are seeking a proficient Coffee Machine Technician based in Abu Dhabi to maintain and repair commercial espresso equipment across various UAE client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial espresso machines and grinders.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues effectively.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to service calls.
- Train client personnel on correct machine operation and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Keep accurate records of service activities and parts inventory.
Candidate Profile
- Available to start immediately.
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with commercial espresso machines and grinders, including automatic, semi-automatic, and group head types.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Fluency in English.
