Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a small team to prepare baked goods each morning, strictly following detailed recipes.
• Support team efforts in maintaining bakery cleanliness and ensuring a welcoming customer experience.
• Interpret production schedules and recipes accurately, measure and combine ingredients, shape dough, and manage baking processes using ovens.

• Ability to start early and operate efficiently independently or in small groups.
• Strong pride in the products and service provided to the local community.
• Possess a positive attitude paired with good organizational skills.
• A commitment to personal and team success, including continuous development and contribution to bakery achievements.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking are required throughout all tasks.
• Regular lifting and carrying of weights up to 22 kg.
• Frequent movements including turning, reaching, pushing, pulling, and forward bending.
• Capability to lift weights of at least 2.5 kg to heights reaching 1.7 meters.
• Constant use of both hands, involving wrist rotation, flexing, and occasional firm gripping.
