Job Overview
Onliest LLC is seeking a proficient 3D AI Engineer to create sophisticated AI-driven 3D garment generation and digital avatar systems. The position demands expertise in computer vision, deep learning, and 3D mesh processing to produce precise garment meshes and apply them seamlessly onto digital avatars.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows for garment mesh generation and fitting onto digital avatars.
- Manipulate 3D mesh structures, including vertices, edges, faces, topology, and geometric transformations.
- Apply mesh deformation, refinement, and alignment algorithms.
- Develop and maintain UV mapping and texture generation processes.
- Contribute to 3D avatar animation and rigging pipeline development.
- Build scalable AI and computer vision processing pipelines.
- Optimize GPU-accelerated inference pipelines for improved speed and efficiency.
- Deploy AI models effectively within production settings.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance pipeline performance and output quality.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with PyTorch, NumPy, and OpenCV libraries.
- Strong foundation in AI, computer vision, and deep learning principles.
- In-depth knowledge of 3D geometry concepts, mesh processing, transformations, and rendering workflows.
- Understanding of mesh components such as vertices, edges, faces, and topology.
- Familiarity with common 3D file formats like OBJ, FBX, and GLB.
- Expertise in UV mapping and texture application workflows.
- Experience using Blender and managing 3D asset pipelines.
- Skills in GPU optimization and accelerating inference tasks.
Cloud and Deployment Proficiencies
- Experience deploying AI projects on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with GPU-enabled cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of Docker containers and Linux operating systems.
- Capability to optimize AI models for rapid production inference deployments.
