Role Summary

As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a crucial leadership role, actively engaging with customers and team members. Whether assisting customers at the front or maintaining organization in the warehouse, you will prioritize customer satisfaction. With access to comprehensive training programs and flexible working shifts, this role offers a solid foundation for career growth.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead as the store host, exemplifying excellent standards and guiding customers to the right products for a smooth shopping experience.
• Ensure operational excellence by managing cash reconciliations, handling customer inquiries, ensuring audit compliance, and overseeing stock control.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive store atmosphere, fostering teamwork and enjoyment in daily activities.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in supervising or managing a small team within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Exceptional in delivering outstanding customer service and converting customer interactions into sales.
• Curious and committed to continuous improvement and asking questions to enhance performance.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the retail business and its values.
• Dependable, honest, flexible, and dedicated to working hard as a team member.
