Overview

This role is for an Executive Assistant based in Dubai, UAE. The position combines executive coordination, basic accounting support, HR administration, and day-to-day office management.

Executive Support

  • Organize calendars, meetings, and appointments for the leadership team.
  • Arrange travel plans and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Draft reports, presentations, and sensitive correspondence.
  • Serve as the main contact point for executives dealing with both internal teams and outside stakeholders.

Accounts Support

  • Manage petty cash and compile expense statements.
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation activities.
