Cart Attendant

Job Summary

As a Cart Attendant at our Walmart Supercenter in Calera, AL, you will play a key role in providing customers with a welcoming first and last impression. Your duties include collecting and transporting shopping carts from the parking lot to the store, operating necessary equipment to facilitate this movement, and ensuring carts remain clean and sanitary. This role demands a positive attitude regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation Details

• Hourly wage ranges between $15 and $28, guaranteed to meet or exceed local minimum wage requirements.
• Additional compensation may be available through annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on factors such as schedule, location, seasonality, or specific duties; multiple premiums can be combined if criteria overlap.

Work Schedule and Location

• Positions available for full-time and part-time employment.
• Shift options include mid-shift and closing shifts.
• Worksite is Walmart Supercenter #3271 at 5100 Highway 31, Calera, AL 35040.
