Quadient Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Quadient Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in the Quadient Inspire platform. The role involves designing and developing communication templates using the Quadient Inspire Designer, as well as working with its Interactive and Scalar components to create dynamic, scalable communication solutions. The position is located in Toronto, ON, and operates on a hybrid work model (four days).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design communication templates leveraging Quadient Inspire Designer.
• Utilize Interactive and Scalar features to build adaptable communication outputs.
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and convert business requirements into technical designs.
• Maintain and optimize existing Quadient workflow processes and templates.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with branding guidelines, regulatory requirements, and accessibility standards.
• Diagnose and fix issues arising in templates and output generated through Quadient tools.
• Engage in code reviews, offering mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Partner with QA teams to uphold quality and performance benchmarks for all projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience working with the Quadient Inspire platform.
• Demonstrated expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar modules.
• Strong grasp of document composition methodologies, layout design principles, and output management techniques.
• Experience integrating data and automating workflows within the Quadient environment.
• Knowledge of version control systems and deployment best practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication capabilities.
