Job description
About The Role
This position involves supporting the New Zealand High Volume Operations Engineering team by consolidating and updating technical engineering documents, managing Engineering Change Documentation, contributing to Continuous Improvement initiatives, and offering general team support.
A strong eagerness to understand the manufacturing process is crucial. Collaboration with engineering coworkers and review of technical materials will help in gaining knowledge about our product technologies, manufacturing practices, and operational protocols. The main goal is to convert this information into clear, well-structured documentation tailored to meet both business and operational needs.
This role requires not only editing and reviewing technical documentation but also working closely with stakeholders to define technical specifications. You will decide on the appropriate publication content and suggest suitable presentation formats such as photographs, sketches, and binding techniques that communicate operating procedures, technologies, and production sequences effectively.
Candidate Profile
