Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply planning strategies that support inventory optimization and supplier collaboration.
- Perform scenario planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by modelling different business scenarios including merchandise plans, demand forecasts, and supply plans.
- Engage proactively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage supply chain processes efficiently.
- Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities to resolve supply chain challenges.
- Utilize supply chain management systems and tools to enhance operational performance.
- Communicate effectively across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Leverage SQL skills to extract and analyze data supporting supply planning functions.
- Apply knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, CSV, and understand key document types like Purchase Orders, Advance Shipping Notices, Invoices, and Remittance Advice.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of three years experience in supply planning, supplier engagement, or logistics roles.
