Software Engineer, Micro Platforms

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join as a full-time member focused on the development and maintenance of scalable micro platforms that enable core business services. This position is fully remote, allowing work from any location.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and construct micro platforms that are scalable, efficient, and dependable.
• Develop and refine backend services applying current development methodologies.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support smooth deployment and monitoring processes.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code adhering to best engineering practices.
• Diagnose and address technical challenges within distributed system architectures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, especially in backend development.
• Expertise in programming languages including but not limited to Go, Python, and Java.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices and distributed system design principles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud service providers like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Proficiency with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Compensation

The annual salary range is between 180,000 and 250,000 USD.
