Role Summary

We seek a committed and meticulous Site Engineer to manage daily construction operations, ensuring projects finish safely, promptly, within budget, and adhere to approved quality standards. The candidate must demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and efficient site management capabilities.

Principal Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct daily construction activities at the project site in alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project progression.
• Optimize labor productivity and the use of manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Guarantee all construction activities meet quality benchmarks through frequent inspections and prompt resolution of technical challenges.
• Validate measurements, assess material quality, and approve workmanship; maintain thorough QA/QC documentation.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and track progress to meet deadlines and inform Project Manager of milestones.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety audits, and ensure compliance with company policies as well as local building and environmental regulations.
• Keep detailed site records including daily progress, material usage, measurement sheets, billing quantities, and inventory management.
• Report site-related challenges, delays, and risks to management with informed suggestions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Hold 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and site supervision practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, and project management tools is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, leadership abilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.

Preferred Expertise

• Familiarity with RCC works, finishing processes, and comprehensive site supervision.
• Experience geared towards residential or commercial construction projects.
• Understanding of Bill of Quantities, cost estimation, billing, and quantity surveying.
• Capability to handle multiple assignments efficiently under strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
