Role Overview

We are searching for a seasoned Senior Integration Engineer to join our vibrant team. This key position involves designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions in line with our enterprise architecture standards. You will cooperate closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-department teams to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions following industry best practices.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include leveraging your expertise in Java development, automating CI/CD pipelines, and utilizing integration technologies such as Kafka, Azure API Management, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. You will also play a critical role in establishing our enterprise integration governance framework to ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and scalable in response to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex integration solutions using modern platforms and tools.
• Manage and automate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth delivery of integration features.
• Collaborate with integration leads, engineers, and diverse business stakeholders to drive integration excellence.
• Contribute to the enterprise integration governance framework to uphold security, maintainability, and scalability standards.
• Innovate and apply creative solutions to complex system challenges to drive productivity improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within integration practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of five years in software development focused on integration technologies.
• Track record of designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions within complex organizational environments.
• Practical experience with Kafka, Azure API Management, microservice development; familiarity with GoAnywhere is an advantage.
• Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Azure/AWS DevOps.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Strong skills in API development, management, security, integration patterns, and backstage templates.
• Excellent communication, relationship management capabilities, and willingness to share knowledge within a team.
• Demonstrates resilience, adaptability and independence in problem-solving.
• Sound understanding of networking, security, change control, and project delivery processes within large enterprises.
