Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and PowerApps, with between 5 to 8 years of experience in a consultancy environment. This role involves partnering across teams to harness data for solution development, driving high-quality output, and maintaining a collaborative, results-focused mindset.

Core Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze relevant data to propose effective solutions.
• Clearly communicate ideas and strategies in an organized manner.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables.
• Work cooperatively with team members, maintaining a positive attitude even in difficult situations.
• Conduct technical assessments and draft detailed specification documents.
• Develop technical architectures, strategies, and guideline documents.
• Monitor development progress and manage project deliverables.
• Explain complex technical and implementation concepts, as well as potential solutions, to stakeholders.
• Engage in software coding, implementation, testing, debugging, modification, documentation, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Create automated unit testing scripts.
• Apply industry best practices for design and coding standards.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5 to 10 years as a consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM, preferably in global or multi-country projects.
• Completed at least 2 to 3 end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM applications such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Hands-on experience with the Power Platform, including Portals/Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience developing data migration packages using SSIS (with KingswaySoft), Scribe, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or equivalent tools.
• Experience integrating systems with Dynamics 365 Online, including familiarity with Logic Apps and Azure Functions (a plus).
• Proficient in software development methodologies, preferably Agile, including release management and cut-over planning.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is advantageous.
• Proficient in .Net, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Additional Expertise for AI Integration (Copilot) Profiles

• Practical experience designing and building five or more AI agents using Copilot Studio.
• Ability to customize out-of-the-box agents by creating prompts, managing conversation flows, and styling to meet specific business needs.
