Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality potential sales leads at the top of the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate and current lead data in Salesforce, including detailed qualification notes based on established criteria.
• Effectively communicate Picnic's value proposition and product offerings to potential customers, answering their inquiries confidently.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to pass on to the Business Development team.
• Conduct a substantial volume of daily outreach activities including calls, emails, website form submissions, and social media messaging.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be a UAE National.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly driven with a strong growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong passion for a sales career, with opportunities for advancement to Account Executive or SDR Lead positions.

Work Location and Environment

This position is based in our Dubai office. As an innovation-driven company, Picnic values close teamwork and collaboration. All office-based staff work onsite five days a week to foster continuous improvement and creativity.
