Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in food processing or industrial plant settings. The successful candidate will manage and maintain electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, ensuring smooth operation of machinery and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Possess high school diploma, ITI, diploma, or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in electrical tasks including wiring, motor control, panel troubleshooting, and circuit diagnosis.
• Proficient in plumbing tasks like pipefitting, handling valves and pumps, managing drainage systems, with familiarity in food-grade and sanitary piping standards.
• Understand and apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food safety protocols pertinent to equipment upkeep and record maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records systematically.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of operating independently during urgent situations.
• Comfortable working in variable plant environments, including cold storage, noisy areas, wet floors, and proximity to active machinery.
• Availability to work in shifts including weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs.
