It connects businesses with verified trucking partners for efficient goods movement across India, offering digital solutions for truck reservations, shipment tracking, and logistics management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate truck bookings and related transportation operations.
- Negotiate freight charges with truck service providers.
- Maintain communication with trucking partners and customers to facilitate seamless deliveries.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Address delivery issues promptly and coordinate resolutions.
- Ensure completion of orders efficiently and within scheduled timelines.
Role Requirements
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of logistics and transportation processes.
- Capability to liaise with clients and trucking partners effectively.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and diligent follow-up skills.
- Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
Compensation and Work Details
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Howrah, West Bengal. The salary offered ranges up to ₹17,500 per month, subject to experience and interview outcomes. Final salary details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
