Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and service guest bedrooms and public areas adhering to company standards and timelines.
• Ensure all rooms meet designated cleanliness and presentation protocols for every category.
• Promptly inform management about any damages, maintenance needs, or breakages to facilitate timely repairs.
• Keep linen storage rooms, cupboards, and workspaces well-organized and tidy.
• Return all used cleaning tools and equipment to their correct storage locations at the end of shifts.
• Operate with a focus on safety, complying with hygiene and health & safety policies throughout work activities.
• Collaborate constructively with the team, exhibiting reliability and cooperative behavior.
