Join the Carlisle Station Hotel, part of the Sure Collection by Best Western, as a dependable Nights Team Member. In this overnight position, you will support hotel operations to ensure guests have a safe, comfortable, and well-assisted experience throughout the night. Primary Responsibilities

• Quickly and professionally address guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain hotel safety and security protocols during the night shift.
• Conduct regular security patrols around the property.
• Provide general operational support across hotel departments overnight.
• Assist with minor maintenance or housekeeping tasks when necessary.
• Prepare meeting rooms and public spaces as required.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during night hours.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs when needed.
• React appropriately to emergencies, following established procedures.
• Complete routine reports and provide thorough handover notes for management.
