About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking Home Delivery Drivers to join their team in Bow Of Fife, Scotland. This role involves delivering groceries while maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring food quality upon arrival. The position demands active, independent workers who enjoy engaging with customers and value safety and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform safe loading of delivery vans, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Adhere strictly to road safety and safe driving procedures.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks prior to setting out.
• Ensure all products are delivered in optimal condition to customers.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to customers during deliveries.
• Assist with in-store duties as needed.
• Manage time independently and work efficiently.
• Be flexible to work shifts that may vary between 6 AM and 11 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive and friendly attitude with a passion for exceptional customer service.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong awareness and commitment to road safety.
