About the Role

Blinkit is seeking earnest, dependable, and diligent Delivery Riders to join their delivery network across India. The primary responsibility involves collecting grocery and day-to-day essential orders from designated Blinkit stores and ensuring these items reach customers promptly and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up grocery orders from assigned Blinkit Dark Stores.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of groceries and essential products to customers.
• Handle goods with care to prevent damage or leakage during transportation.
• Utilize the Blinkit Delivery App along with GPS for managing orders and navigating routes.
• Collect payments from customers when applicable.
• Update delivery statuses accurately via the app.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
• Maintain courteous and professional interaction with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Must own a bike or scooter.
• Possess an Android smartphone with internet access.
• Show responsibility and punctuality in duties.

Salary & Incentives

The monthly salary ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹70,000, with additional incentives available up to ₹20,000, allowing for a maximum monthly earning potential of ₹90,000. Earnings may vary based on location, hours worked, number of deliveries completed, performance, and company policies.
