About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer skilled in Oracle Data Integrity, SQL, ETL Development, and Business Intelligence to join our team. This position involves working from Pune or Mumbai with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite. The ideal candidate will support enterprise reporting and automation efforts through technical expertise and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine reports and interactive dashboards leveraging Oracle BI, Power BI, and Alteryx.
- Implement automated reporting and workflow processes via the Microsoft Power Platform and Alteryx.
- Create, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines and conduct data transformations utilizing Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Ensure consistent data integrity, quality, and availability within reporting environments.
- Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate extensively with global, cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in data engineering roles.
- Proficient in Oracle Data Integrity practices and Oracle Database management with advanced SQL querying capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of data logic principles and data validation techniques.
- Demonstrable experience in ETL development and operational support.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Oracle BI (OBI/OAS), Alteryx, and the Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills essential.
Educational Qualifications
Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree. Candidates with degrees such as B.Sc or BCA are less preferred.
Additional Information
- Location: Pune or Mumbai with hybrid working (three days in office).
- Interview Process: Combination of virtual and face-to-face interviews.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred.
