Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will engage in hands-on food preparation and provide exceptional service, contributing to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers. You will be trained to confidently operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, with opportunities for career development—over 80% of management roles are staffed by promoted Crew Members.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare food fresh daily without use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly environment.
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
Candidate Profile
- Exhibit a welcoming and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Demonstrate a passion for assisting both customers and team members.
- Show willingness to learn extensive cooking techniques.
- At least 16 years old.
- Effective communication skills in the primary workplace language.
