About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Rockford, MI, as a Crew Member and contribute to a unique fast-food experience that redefines the industry. As part of our team, you will be trained extensively, preparing fresh food from scratch every day without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers. - Operate comfortably in multiple roles such as grill cook, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations.
- Provide outstanding customer service to create an inviting dining atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain fast, efficient, and friendly service.
Candidate Profile
- Bring a cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Demonstrate passion for serving both customers and team members.
- Eager to learn extensive cooking techniques and processes.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Effective communication skills in the main language(s) used at the work location.
