Position Overview

As a Courier at LifeLabs, you will ensure the safe and punctual transport of specimens, supplies, and reports. You will act as a brand ambassador, representing LifeLabs on the road with professionalism and upholding our reputation. This is a full-time role based in Saskatoon, SK, working overnight shifts from 12:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays through Tuesdays, including statutory holidays, with potential additional shifts on days off.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport specimens safely and promptly to maintain integrity, adapting to various driving environments including rural and urban areas, both during day and night.
• Exemplify LifeLabs’ brand with professionalism and integrity, ensuring every interaction positively reflects our service commitment.
• Utilize company technology for accessing online readings, training materials, emails, and timesheets.
• Handle customer interactions professionally to maintain satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Valid full driver's license with at least three years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and manage loads up to 50 pounds safely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
• Capability to adhere to a fixed route schedule and adapt to flexible work hours including sudden shift changes.

• All company vehicles are equipped with telematics systems to monitor driving behavior.
