About the Role
The Change & Impact Lead at DXC Technology plays a crucial role in managing the human side of change initiatives related to Workers’ Compensation Self-Insurance programs, regulatory reforms, operational improvements, and system upgrades. This position ensures that the business implications of changes are fully understood and effectively managed to guarantee smooth implementation while maintaining both compliance and operational efficiency, as well as ensuring positive outcomes for customers.
Working in close collaboration with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and clients, the Change & Impact Lead interprets complex legislative, procedural, and system updates into tangible, manageable business impacts, fostering sustainable adoption throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the people-centric aspects of change in complex programs including self-insurance and regulatory modifications.
- Identify, analyze, and manage business impacts caused by changes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational continuity.
- Collaborate extensively with business, technical, and client teams to translate legislative and system changes into actionable business strategies.
- Drive organizational readiness and adoption of changes through effective assessments and engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
- A formal qualification or certification in Business, Organisational Change, Human Resources, Project Management, Psychology, Communications, or related fields is required.
- Preferred certifications include Change Management (Prosci, ADKAR, APMG), Project Management credentials, Workers’ Compensation or Insurance compliance certifications, and continuous improvement qualifications such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- At least five years of experience leading change management, business transformation, or operational improvement projects, especially within regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive impact assessments and business readiness preparations.
- Proven track record translating complex system, operational, and regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes.

- Strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and influencing across diverse groups.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to break down complex technical, legislative, and operational concepts into clear, understandable terms.
