Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a committed Caulibox Porter to support the efficient functioning of Restaurant Associates' operations on a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Primary Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and public areas.
- Assist housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams with room setup and furniture relocation.
- Manage certain reception tasks such as booking theatre tickets and restaurant reservations.
- Address and respond to customer requests as needed.
- Run errands as assigned.
- Ensure patron safety by placing/removing warning signs, such as wet floor indicators or signage related to maintenance work.

- Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport easily.
- Prior experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proactive attitude with sound judgment to support customer needs.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure.
